It seems the high temperature here in Columbus today will be 104 degrees. That’s not, mind you, the meaningless ‘feels like’ number, but the honestly measured degree of iPhone melting hotness.
Right now it’s 77 and rather humid, but by the time I climb on my first roof of the day it will be around 90. My poor canvasser (the one who stuck around), gets to work through noon into the early afternoon, when it reaches 100 or more. (I really should start paying her you know.)
All I’m saying is that no one told me the Apocalypse came with record high temperatures and humidity, that’s all.
